WHO WE ARE

 

Hello bread friends! I'm Kenzie, the owner and creative mind behind Pink Apron Bakery! We are a sourdough specific micro-bakery that specializes in handmade sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, scones and other confections. Each item in handcrafted, using whole, quality ingredients, and never contains any preservatives, artificial risers, or softeners. We believe in making the ordinary, extraordinary, and we do this by adding unique twists, and a little bit of magic from our starter, Theodore, to our recipes.

We focus on creating one of a kind items, and utilize in season, local produce whenever we can. Whether you’re looking for a sweet bite, or something to bring home and share, the possibilities are endless at Pink Apron Bakery.

 

 

OUR HISTORY

 

It all started with an apron. Since I could walk, my momma had me in the kitchen, apron on and my hands in the flour. Baking has been and still is a lifelong passion of mine. In 2021, I decided to start dabbling with sourdough, and after a few months, I established Pink Apron Bakery as a registered Minnesota Cottage Foods business out of my home in July of that year. Over the years we attended local markets, and hosted vendor Pop Up's. Fast forward to 2023, Pink Apron Bakery became a registered LLC with the state. We signed a lease for a brick and mortar location and in November of 2023, we opened the doors to the first ever Pink Apron Bakery store front.

 

As a life long baker, I have been committed to serving up delicious goodies to all of my customers in small town Minnesota. I pride myself on delicious, quality items, and believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the better side of baked goods.
